Enjoy family meals with fully equipped kitchen, dining space for 6. Washer & dryer in the unit! We do provide a starter pack of dishwasher and laundry detergent. Garage parking for one vehicle and outside lot for additional vehicles. This condo can be upgraded to a 2 bed/ 2 bath rental!
Just a walk across parking lot to get to awesome pool area, lazy river and separate kids pool play area. This condo is a part of the Resort and with this rental you will receive access for beach access parking, tennis & pickleball, and fishing area. *Pool/Beach towels provided!
We offer self check in and keyless entry, so no need to wait in long registration lines!

*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
